PrecisionFit is custom. Read the line that matches what you bought. Full terms live in Terms of Sale.
You have 60 days from kit delivery to make your impression and ship it back. We do not pour or mold it for you. If it hardens after that, ship the dried kit back — replacement kit is $30.

| ARES 10/22 chassis | New, unused, in original packaging | Cancel only before production. After it ships: manufacturing defect within 30 days | Not a firearm. Fit with aftermarket parts is your risk. |
| Apparel (when available) | Unworn, unwashed, tags on | 14 days from delivery | Email jdconley@nxgarms.com. Buyer pays return shipping unless we shipped the wrong size. |
| Cerakote / texture / engraving | Add-ons on a custom grip | Same as the grip they sit on | Cosmetic wear, color shift, and “I wanted a different spot” are not defects. |
Defects we caused: jdconley@nxgarms.com within 30 days of delivery, with photos. A bad impression is not a defect. Watch the mold video first.
