Who we are
NXG Arms (“we”) runs nxgarms.com. Questions: jdconley@nxgarms.com. Phone: 513-532-2079.
What we collect
Name, email, phone, shipping address, order configuration (platform, finish, texture regions, engraving, kits), payment confirmation from our processor, optional ID photo for returning-customer checks, mold scan files after you return a kit, emails you type in the Encrypted Channel box or the free-shipping popup, and basic site analytics (pages, device, referrer). We do not sell your data.
How we use it
To fill your order, ship kits and finished goods, keep your scan so you can reorder, run Command Center, and send order mail (order status, kit shipped, mold received). Marketing mail (product news, restocks, offers) is sent only if you check the optional box on the cart. You can unsubscribe in any message or by emailing jdconley@nxgarms.com. Order mail still goes out.
Mold scans
We 3D-scan the mold you return so we can produce your grip and so you can reorder. We keep that file indefinitely unless you email jdconley@nxgarms.com and ask us to delete it. Deletion is permanent: a future grip needs a new kit. We do not sell or share the scan. We do not owe you a copy of the raw file.
ID photos
If we ask for a driver’s license or ID photo, it is only to verify a returning-customer or similar order. It is not used for credit, marketing, or sale. We keep it only as long as needed for that verification, then delete it on request to jdconley@nxgarms.com.
Retention
Orders and scans are kept as manufacturing records until you ask us to delete the scan or until we no longer need the order record. Marketing email stays until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your choices
Email jdconley@nxgarms.com to unsubscribe, delete a scan, delete an ID photo, or ask what we hold on you. Deleting a scan means a new kit for any future grip.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The version posted when you use the site or place an order is the one that applies.
