1. Step 1

   Remove the rubber bands and place the grip kit on the platform. Unscrew the 3 screws 6–8 rotations. Do not fully remove them.

   

2. Step 2

   Pull apart the two outer shells, exposing the inner shell and mold. Set the outer shell aside. You will use it again.

   

3. Step 3

   Carefully separate the inner shell from the mold. If you feel tension, wiggle as you pull. Set the inner shell back in the shipping box. You will not use it again.

   

4. Step 4A

   Remove the top securing piece. Place it with the outer protective shell. You will use this when packing the mold to ship.

   

5. Step 4

   Remove the mold assembly from the base platform. Insert the Allen wrench into the bottom hole. The black tube guides the tip onto the screw head.

   

6. Step 5

   After the wrench is all the way in, you should feel the tip meet the screw head. Turn the grip and make sure the screw rotates with the wrench. Base plate should be off at this point.

   

7. Step 6

   Remove the bolt or make sure the rifle is unloaded. Turn the rifle over and secure it. Slowly mate the screw with the rifle thread. Once the threads catch, screw until the grip is snug.

   

8. Step 7

   Turn the rifle back over. You can put the platform on the mold for stability. Squeeze slowly and firmly. Deeper grooves give a stronger hold. For ambidextrous, switch hands carefully. Keep the rifle unloaded.

   

9. Step 8

   Let it dry overnight, or place it in the outer shell immediately for shipment. Carefully turn the rifle upside down and remove the mold.

   

10. Step 9 & 10

    Mount the mold on the platform and insert the top securing piece back into the mounting slot. Match the alignment protrusions to the alignment slots.

    

11. Step 11

    Secure the three screws on the top of the kit. Hand tight, or 10–12 in/lbs.

    

12. Step 12

    Place the inner shell in the box. Strap the Allen wrench and base plate onto the outer shell with rubber bands. Wrap with packing material. Place everything in the box with the original protective packing.

    

13. Step 13 — Last step

    Remove the return shipping label from the plastic bag and place it over the original shipping label. Remove any other tracking stickers. Take it to UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Returns are usually USPS. Turnaround is 2–4 weeks depending on volume.
