NXG Arms was founded by Jeff Conley in Columbus, Ohio with a simple conviction: the grip is the most overlooked component on any firearm. Every pull of the trigger starts with what your hand is holding, and factory grips are built for the average shooter — not for you.

What started as a passion for precision has grown into a Type 07 FFL licensed shop dedicated entirely to one thing: building the most precisely fitted firearm grip you've ever held. Every grip starts with a mold of your actual hand, is 3D scanned for exact geometry, then built to spec. No two are alike.

Right now, NXG Arms is focused on AR platform grips — and doing it better than anyone else. Each grip is precision-molded with aggressive texturing and ergonomic contouring tuned to the platform and the shooter. Every build is made to order. No inventory, no shortcuts. It doesn't ship until it's right.

Every grip is inspected before it leaves the bench. If it doesn't meet spec, it doesn't ship. That's not a policy — that's how Jeff runs the shop.

NXG Arms is committed to advancing the technology behind every product we make. The 3D scan process, the materials, the manufacturing — all of it is constantly being refined. New platforms and product lines are already in development. When they arrive, they'll be held to the same standard as everything else that leaves this shop.
